Each Den is required to supply one adult volunteer leader to the Pack Committee. It should be a parent, other than the Den Leader or first assistant den leader. Recommended is a parent not associated with den leadership, but it could be the second assistant den leader or the spouses of any of the leaders. This commitment is for a 6 month term, renewable at the volunteer's request. The months will be from September through February and then March through August. There will be no term limits. There also is no upper limit, should a den want to supply more than one leader. The committee members will decide among themselves, how and by whom roles on the organizational chart will be filled.
Pack Committee and Den Leader meetings will be on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm at Max's Fanno Creek Brewpub. Pack meetings will be in the St. Anthony Old Gym, generally on the third Thursday of each month starting at 6:30 pm. Meeting times and locations are subject to change depending on facilities availability, school holidays and other events not within the control of Pack 419.
